Latest Telstra update
I have been assured by Telstra that full service has been restored to the Frenchs Forest area, following the Easter Long weekend outages.
The damaged underwater cables causing the outages have been repaired.

Meeting with Telstra
It is unacceptable that our residents and business suffer recurring outages, and sub standard customer service in this day and age. So I demanded Telstra come explain to me what has been going on, what was being done to fix it, and what compensation residents could seek.
